If you are living in the South, then you know that the summer months can be tricky. Outdoors will be quite humid and hot until you step inside. It seems like every building and even most houses have air conditioning. They are also usually blasted up high to give you a chill when you step inside.
The secret is to go for a layered look with a nice blazer you can quickly put on when you encounter that frosty air. And one which you can just as easily remove when you go out. Plus, a layered look is as fashionable as you can be on a hot, summer day.
The only problem with the blazer is the fact that it is not necessarily the most flattering for most figures, whether you are slim or have a fuller figure. Still, there are ways to wear your blazer differently that will make you look thinner.
One of the easiest ways to do so is to roll up the sleeves. When you expose the forearms and wrists, you lead other people to look at the thinner parts of your body. Plus, it takes their focus away from your shoulders and onto your slender wrists.
By changing up how you wear your blazer, you make your look stay feminine but at the same time, you are more flexible to the changing temperatures. Come cool or hot temperatures, you are ready.
