What you will need: an interval timer app (Android or iPhone), a weighted medicine ball (find below a suggestion of weight) and a soft surface or a yoga mat.
Beginner workout level: use a 5 to 10 pound medicine ball. Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds between any round. Finish four rounds with 30 seconds of rest between any round.
Intermediate workout level: use 10 to 15 pound medicine ball. Complete each exercise for 45 seconds, rest for 30 seconds between any round. Finish five rounds with 45 seconds of rest between any round.
Advanced Workout level: use 15 to 20 pound medicine ball. Complete each exercise for 45 seconds, rest for 30 seconds between any round. Finish five rounds with 30 seconds of rest between any round.
